Linguine Fini is an even thinner variety of classic Linguine pasta. Because this type of Linguine pasta is so fine, it is better accompanied by even lighter sauces compared to regular Linguine. Butter, olive oil, pesto, and light cream sauces and tomato sauces are all great with this type of pasta. As is always the case with any type of Linguine, De Cecco 8 Linguine Fini is excellent with seafood.
Preparation instructions: for a perfect cooking use 6 quarters of water per 1 lb of pasta. Bring water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add pasta to boiling water. Stir from time to time. Cook for 6-8 minutes, drain and season.
