De Cecco's only selects the best durum wheat which guarantees a greater firmness of the pasta whilst cooking. Kneaded with cold water (under 15 degrees C), that assures a sweeter taste and a better firmness during cooking.
Preparation instructions: for a perfect cooking use 6 quarters of water per 1 lb of pasta. Bring water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add pasta to boiling water. Stir from time to time. Cook for 10/12 minutes, drain and season.
