We will only refund or send replacements for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a Refund/Replacement, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] and provide clear pictures showing the damages.
In the rare circumstance you received the wrong item(s), send us pictures and our inspection team will review further.
Reminder that we will NOT Accept returns so it is important you take pictures before discarding the item(s).
